Health Insurance Nondiscrimination,
Research 		This bill modifies the state Genetic Information Nondiscrimination in Insurance Act. Topics addressed by the modifications include definitions, discrimination in health insurance based on genetic information, and prohibitions for requesting and requiring genetic a genetic test with exceptions for research if conducted in compliance with the Common Rule and certain criteria are met.
