The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) is located on the campus of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.

NHGRI's Office of the Director is housed mainly in Building 31, on the northeast corner of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus. The offices of Division of Intramural Research are located in Building 50, also on the NIH campus. The offices of the Division of Genome Sciences, the Divsion of Genomic Medicine and the Divsion of Extramural Operations are located in NIH's Twinbrook facility in Rockville, Md. Intramural research labs are housed throughout the NIH campus and in off-campus facilities. Check the staff directory for specific NHGRI personnel addresses.
