NHGRI Technology Transfer Information
- NIH Online Technology Transfer Training [tttraining.od.nih.gov]
All NIH intramural scientific staff are required to complete the mandatory NIH technology transfer training. This is a one-time requirement; once you have successfully completed the training you will not have to repeat the training in future years. Anyone who works for NIH (contractors, post-docs, fellows and graduate students) should also take this training.
- Note: All NIH employees whether contractors, temporary staff or permanent staff should check off 'YES' when asked "Do you work at NIH?"
- Standard Forms and Model Agreements
Forms and documents for potential collaborators and licensees, plus NHGRI staff.
- Technology Transfer Terms
A convenient primer for NIH staff on Cooperative Research & Development Agreements (CRADA), Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and Employee Invention Reports (EIR).
