The Undiagnosed Diseases Network spans the US map, with locations for the Coordinating Center at Harvard Medical School, Boston, the seven clinical sites (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Md.; Harvard Teaching Hospitals, Boston, Mass.; Duke University, Durham, N.C.; Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn.; Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas; University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); and Stanford Medicine, Stanford, Calif.) and the two DNA Sequencing Core sites (Baylor College of Medicine, Houston and Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee).
