Health Insurance Nondiscrimination Amends the state law pertaining to genetic discrimination in health insurance. The bill removes the provision in the statutes that states, "This section does not prohibit an insurer of expense-incurred hospital, medical, or surgical policy or certificate to answer questions concerning family history." 7/13/2016 Approved by the Governor.
