Health Insurance Coverage Requires group and individual health insurers to provide coverage for all costs associated with any mammogram based on a physician's recommendation for women under 40 years of age, including ultrasound screening, magnetic resonance imaging or other supplemental screening, if a woman is believed to be at increased risk for breast cancer due to positive genetic testing. Carries over to 2018 session.
